Be it known throughout all the bondage realm that I, Sir Bond of Roxly, do hereby announce my on-going quest to find, bind, tickle, tease and pleasure only the most worthy and willing damsels in the land!

Be it further known that I am of utmost noble character with only the most honorable, forthright and sincere  intentions.

By this request, I hereby summon all those who deem themselves to be fit and virtuous candidates to come forward and apply by stating their qualifications and await further determination and dispensation.
